Important Notice from UPS: According to the relevant terms and conditions set forth by UPS, for all UPS express shipments, when the shipment arrives at the local customs clearance, if any duties or other fees are incurred, and if the consignee fails to timely pay or refuses to pay the relevant fees, UPS will transfer the duties or other fees to be paid by the shipper. Regardless of whether the shipment is ultimately signed for, destroyed, or returned, the duties and other fees billed by UPS and related to customs shall be the ultimate responsibility of the shipper. Therefore, please inform the consignee that they must promptly follow up and be aware of paying the relevant fees upon the arrival of the shipment locally. If the fees are returned to the shipper’s account due to non-payment, the fees incurred will be borne by your company, and there will be no advance notice. Please be advised of this clause before shipping. Shipping implies acceptance of the above terms, and no disputes shall be entertained.
